We did not want to leave there, it's boutique place.
the location was stunning and great, we could drive to watermans arms in about 15 minutes. a work desk, a multi-channel television and a sitting area were handy.

Loved having a garden to barbecue in, but of course, I didn't actually do any barbecuing because I can barely cook toast. The free WiFi was great for scrolling through social media while pretending to be productive. And free parking? Now I can pretend I have a chauffeur.
Oh, and did I mention the nearest airport was conveniently located in the middle of nowhere? So easy to get to.

Its location was stunning and marvellous, just off a beautiful garden and countryside, a quiet Devon valley, and the coast, towns, or the Dartmoor National Park. The host met us with warm welcome. We could see garden from the apartment.

The location of the accommodation was idyllic, nestled in a narrow valley with beautiful walks available nearby. the layout and design of the studio were well-thought out, with attention to detail such as the different colored blinds. the provision of binoculars allowed for excellent bird-watching from the skylights, which was a delightful surprise.
The access lanes to the property were a bit challenging, especially one of them with limited passing places. It was also mentioned that there may not be enough storage space for clothing, which could be a concern for couples staying at the accommodation.

Tucked away in a tranquil Devon valley, the Studio is a perfect retreat for those seeking peace and quiet. Surrounded by lush gardens and picturesque countryside, guests can enjoy breathtaking views from the Velux windows in the Apex flat. the well-appointed room offers comfortable furnishings and excellent self-catering facilities, including a fully stocked bathroom and a cozy eating area. the friendly hosts ensure guests' privacy while providing a warm welcome with a generous welcome pack, including tea, coffee, milk, butter, eggs.
The lack of motion sensor lighting outside the carport makes it challenging to navigate in the dark.

Thoughtful extras like eggs, butter, bread, biscuits, and wine were gratefully received. The studio had everything I needed for a cozy, quiet solo break. Highly recommended for a tranquil getaway.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
